• How do I make a booking?
  Make a search on our website, every time you view a resort accommodation, you will be able to make a booking, by pressing the "Take me to the booking" button. After you have confirmed and made payment, you will receive a booking confirmation and payment invoice, via the email address given.

• I perform a search but I cannot find any villa available.
  A lot of villas are on our main platform, www.qbvillas.com. You can search again there, and for sure you will find the best available villa with the best price guarantee. Then you can book directly there.
• How do I change or cancel my booking?
  Our platforms allow you to make online amendments and cancellations. Depending on when you decide to cancel or amend your booking, there may be charges applied; please read our booking conditions for details. • Do you offer an in villa representation service?
  In all destinations, we have a local agent who is going to be able to assist you with any queries you might have during your stay. They may also offer you other services (such as excursions, car hire, etc.), which can be purchased locally. Keep in mind that these services are not included in your booking
• Special Requests
  Any special requests you might have (i.e., late check outs, vegetarian menus, etc.) have to be requested directly with the villa. Note that special requests are at the discretion of the local villa and subject to availability. There may be extra charges applied, which will have to be paid locally.
